Ali holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University in Economics and a Master’s Degree from the London School of Economics in Real Estate Economics and Finance.

AliWolfEcon aarthiswami Prices will shift down in the next few months as the large home builders like KB Homes and Lennar slash prices to make their yearly numbers with their fiscal years ending November and December. The rest of the industry will react to these cuts and incentives into 2023.
