The vaping industry wants businesses to oppose a proposed levy against vaping products.

WATCH:The Health Department has gazetted details of the Control of Tobacco Products and Electronic Delivery Systems Bill.

Once this bill becomes law, smoking in a public indoor area will be outlawed, as will smoking at home or in a car while in the presence of a non-smoker or child. The vaping industry has argued for years that it shouldn't be grouped with ‘combustion’ and ‘burnt tobacco’ products.

Good, I find this annoying

Biggest joke of all times 🤣🤣🤣 Issue new or amended laws for murderers, rapists and corruption instead. Focus on what matters!!!!!

Government must always stick their grubby paws everywhere.

Vaping must be the cause of loadshedding, crime, unemployment, terrible education, bad to almost no healthcare, corruption and so much more that’s wrong in the country. Vaping saves lives and there is more than enough studies to prove this.

Yes....this will keep the lights on

Does the law create jobs?

Why are they busy amending useless, okay maybe not so useless, but insignificant laws like these instead of focusing on border-control / illega immigrants / citizenship and the likes? Kanti what is of priority in this Govt. of ours

What about smoking cars & trucks? Worrie about that instead of vaping. That is the main problem. But I guess it's another law that won't be enforced, just words on a peace of paper, like the vast majority of them.

Lol. Finally 💪🏾💪🏾
