And while inflation and supply chain issues could have affected construction deadlines, the company was proactive. “The Neptune Beach store had gone through several owners, and you never know what you’re going to get when you open a wall,” DeLeon said. “To get to the bones and structure, it was easier to completely scrape it and just start over with a full renovation. We bought new furniture, lighting, everything. And we accomplished everything we wanted to.”
