Two of my highest paying employers offered zero paid sick days! They offered us vacation days, which you could use if ill. Paid sick days eventually become just more vacation days.

Pitiful.

I find it funny people are so surprised that the railroad has no paid sick days. But its been this way for over 150 years. So people are just now learning this. Good job railroads for keeping a lid on it for so long!!!

Why do liberals demonize profits? Is it bad for a company to do well? They’re well paid with no sick days. Exactly like my industry. Exactly like A LOT of industries.

Beings they’re at one of the highest paid industries in America, they can afford take a “vacation day” if they need to!
