A pair of industrial projects could add about 100,000 square feet of space to the southeast Valley.

Tempe-based Sun State Builders is listed as the developer of Hopewell Mesa. Chandler-based Kaeko Inc. is the civil engineer for the project and Phoenix architectAnother proposed industrial project, the Melody Ave Buildings development in Gilbert, would bring nearly 49,000 square feet across two warehouses of 21,413 and 27,467 square feet.
