Others viewed their quiet quitting as an avenue to actual quitting, with 23% saying they were quiet quitters so they could get fired.The survey found workers in the office were the least likely to describe themselves as quiet quitters, compared to 61% of hybrid workers and 81% of remote workers. To prevent quiet quitting, Izuno said it’s imperative to find tangible ways to show employees they are valued and appreciated.

• Offering the right rewards and perks. Remote and hybrid work options, four-day workweeks, flexible hours, and even gas stipends are less expensive but impactful ways to retain and engage employees by showing you care and value their contributions to your business.
