Glaxo And Pfizer Raise The Question: Should Drug Companies Sell Toothpaste and Chapstick?“[The] really key thing about this deal is not the value it creates for consumer, but how it unlocks bigger cash flows near term to invest in pharma near term,” says Chief Executive Emma Walmsley. House Democrats launch drug-pricing probe into a dozen major health-care companiesAbbVie, Amgen, AstraZeneca, Celgene, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, Mallinckrodt, Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Pfizer, Sanofi and Teva Pharmaceuticals received letters seeking detailed information and documents about the companies' pricing practices. Why are they being investigated when Trump claimed that drug prices are at an all time low? I just hope the Democrats don't just waste taxpayer dollars with meaningless politically motivated crap like everyone expects them to. This seems a needed topic, but stay away from political theater Democrats. Just watch the SJC in 2018 if you want to see your embarrassment. Nice to see them investigating actual wrong doing and not just investigating HRC again.
