Report: Jacksonville apartment competition high in 2022

Rental demand, lease renewals and occupancy remain high in Northeast Florida, RentCafe's year-end report said.

A unit in Jacksonville stayed in the market for about 33 days, the report said. An apartment unit in Jacksonville had 14 potential renters apply for each unit, a statistic the city shared with Tallahassee and Palm Beach County.
