Apartheid Apartheid bla bla bla rubbish. The incident is being investigated & his family were not the only people on the beach many other beaches in other provinces run by ANC also have rules in place at times for beach access and limiting vehicles in close proximity to beaches And the facts come out ⬇️ As SAPS slide into total uselessness. The public have to turn to security companys to protect there properties, this will sometime be abused. Sort the Police service first and the rest would self correct.
