If companies were wise, they would stick to promoting the benefits of their products. Championing social issues will bite them in the butt for the long run.

Businesses just need to mind their own business. Businesses should not represent political opinions, only individuals should. Employees all have their own opinions and politics should not interfere with employment or forced standings on issues to keep a job.
