Ramaphosa was served with a summons a day before the ANC’s 55th Conference in December, last year. This came after former President Zuma launched a for allegedly contravening the National Prosecution Authority Act on the alleged disclosure of his medical records.Zuma is accusing Ramaphosa of failing to act on the alleged breach, which he argues compromised, the NPA and by extension, the criminal justice system as a whole.

Ramaphosa recently won the first round in the legal showdown between him and his predecessor when the Gauteng High Court granted him an interim interdict pending the outcome of his application. Zuma is proceeding with his appearance at the Gauteng High Court on Thursday, which President Ramaphosa is not required to attend.

As South Africans, we pay for the corruption that goes on in the government - They steal, we pay their debts… Stop voting for thieves!! At the end of it all we are the ones who pay taxes and suffer these constant increases that make absolutely no sense!

I want to know while the country is burning , who is paying for the lawyers etc …. Us the taxpayers

E

Yet you keep on voting these thieves, who only concerned about their own stomachs

While the entire country suffers under lack of basic services water, electricity and sanitation..the ANC former and current leaders focus on themselves and grabbing power.

Let it be ANC twins

Sometimes we as 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦 citizens must ask a question 'WHERE DID WE GO WRONG' to allow things to be the way they are now? The answer is within us🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦! Not so long ago we allowed 'madness to run our lives'

The Johannesburg High Court's decision to allow this challenge is an interference with a Private Legal mater, and as the Courts are in terms of Sec 10 of the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act, Act 12 of 2004(receiving public funds) 'Delaying' and is illegal.

For now useless butternut relax!!

Next he’s gonna set up a boxing match !

A lot is going on within the ANC members shame😫😣and it's exhausting.

This is tiring honestly .🙄

Agghh
