The case against the former African National Congress (ANC) secretary general, who is also the former premier of Free State, Ace Magashule has been postponed to the 5th of May pending the matter in the Supreme Court of Appeal.

This is a joke and renders judiciary not effective, this is a disgrace because most of these cases go to twice or thrice per year, only Heavens know what's happening in this country, after May obviously next appearance will be at the end of the year,then postponed to 2024😳

This should just be postponed to June 2024 after 2024Election. We don't even know which government project is on top of the priority list because of these cases which yield nothing. A new government will prioritize all commercial crimes cases.
