Darwen woman's journey from market stallholder to inclusive fashion emporium - and she's only 23

Abby Fielding from Darwen studied Fashion Design and Business at University, before graduating in April 2021. The 23-year-old then started selling clothes on Facebook that she had bought online and after a month of this, decided she'd start her own stall in Darwen Market.

"With Fashion Design, you can only really do two things. I've always wanted my own business though and I've always wanted to design my own clothes." Sunset Amore sells women's clothes and baby clothes - something Abby said had been missing from Darwen's high street. She continued: "I just had the room in the shop to put some baby clothes and people in the market would always say there's nowhere nearby that sells them.
