Southwest Airlines continued its apology tour with a virtual town hall for corporate clients.

Jordan began the town hall by once again apologizing to customers for the"operational mess" and vowed it would never happen again.

At this point, Southwest has processed all refunds except any new requests that it receives, Green said. The company has processed about 93% of the reimbursement requests it has received. Most baggage has also been returned to customers.Harvey spent some time outlining some of the initiatives Southwest has planned this year to continue growing its managed business segment.

"In the moment, you can see if all your travelers have checked in if they boarded, and the status of all their flights," Harvey said. Harvey also teased that Southwest will be making announcements for a couple of"digital solutions" later this year related to data and booking travel for corporate events.One question Southwest executive always get is about where the airline will fly to next. During the pandemic, when flying was mostly put on hold due to lockdowns, Southwest expanded to 18 new markets.

Green said interlining might have helped Southwest"on the margins" in December but speculated the cancellation event probably still would have occurred.
