My family and I buy all our books from a local charity shop where you can get 8 for £1.

Simple, put the prices up then, we (the buyer) will decide whether we buy them or not. Pointless story.

They can raise it as much as they want but if the buying power for books is weakened because of the inflation, then they’ll need to reduce the price. Moral of the story:customers won’t buy book full price & always look for deals? More digital books?See how that pans out for them

Again, ofgem, are YourSSE SSE allowed to refuse to help people on PAYG meters solve issues and are they allowed to refuse a notice of deadlock by simply refusing to communicate with people on PAYG meters, and isn't that discrimination anyway?
