A whistleblower has made an explosive allegation that Kaunda called municipal officials and demanded that a"payment is pushed through as money is needed for the ANC conference".
The allegation is contained in an affidavit as part of a contempt application filed at the KwaZulu-Natal High Court in Durban last Wednesday.
