The Department of Social Development says its approved nearly 8 million applications of the R350 social relief grant. Social Development Minister Lindiwe Zulu gave an update on the grant to the Parliament’s Portfolio Committee. “R 7.4 million and R 7.8 million of the funds are approved every month. All our payments and statements are up to date and valid for one month up to the next. As far as the payments are concerned, about 95% of the approved applicants were paid,” according to Zulu.
That indicates failure not achievement honorable minister. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves

Can somebody please balance me; why why is tha government still giving out R350? Why? I never understood this even during tha time covid was rife. This money should have been given to people who lost their jobs because of covid, not people where not working. Just dont make sense

My cousin last received his in October 2022. They always say it was declined due to other sources of income lapho he doesnt work, no investments, nothing at all. Card is overdrawn due to bank charges 🤣🤣🤣.
