How 'sustainable' is it to actually produce cashews, then the cheese, I guess more so than from a cow? Otherwise considering a small can of cashews these days is regularly priced at about 7- 8 $s how much does these cheese cost?

They should know how cashews are harvested. Women loosing their fingers from the acid product by the fruit.
