"I think many parents have the same struggles with balancing work and family life – it’s not easy, but you have to try and find a routine that works for you. I’m really lucky that I have a very supportive partner in Jade, which allows me to continue working – I love what I do and I’ve always had a strong work ethic, but family comes first. I think it’s important for us to keep weekends free so that we can all relax and spend quality time together.
"I involve my children with things like recycling at home and I think it’s great to have these habits instilled from a young age. I also want them to understand the reasons behind our mission as a brand and why my work at Kit & Kin means so much to me.
