Kenvue is profitable, chalking up 1.46 billion in net income in the fiscal year through Jan. 1, on a pro forma basis, on sales that totaled $14.95 billion. In the first quarter through April 3, it had net income of 528 million on sales of $3.590 billion, according to the filing documents.
