Eskom on Tuesday held a briefing where it made known its interim grid access rules. This has come about to deal with significant grid constraints. Last year, government could not award preferred bidder status to 23 projects in round 6 of the Renewable energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme because of a lack of grid capacity.
