Notice it wasn’t the NRA who brought suit to keep these in service. Notice it was Trump administration who banned their use. Common sense again prevails within the conservative ranks.

Why isn’t the NRA running pics of Trump in their Target Practice campaign?

That’s a bit of good news.

I think they are trash and a was of good ammunition but banning them make no sense at all. Hell with a metal file anyone can turn a semi in to a full auto. Bad people will do bad things banning only creates a market demand for that thing.

Bump stocks are stupid, and have never been used in any shooting in the US. Vegas used a 240B, not a bumped AR. This said if I really want one I can just weld one together, takes about 3 minutes.

Looking forward, watch for a Democrat president's National Emergency order banning all guns. 40k gun deaths and 100+ mass shootings every year. Way overdue

People should just learn to bump-fire old school. We didn't used to need a special stock to simulate automatic fire. Not hard, just a little practice.

The president should be applauded for the' ban' on 'bump stocks'

at least that. Meaningful legislation has to follow under president Harris

fred_guttenberg I think any inch in the right direction is progress. Keep pushing.

It's not Trump's ban. It's the peoples demand on the ban. But yeah, good judgement.

'People still in possession of the devices will be required to destroy or turn them over to a local office of the bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.' FAT CHANCE OF THAT HAPPENING! The price for bump stocks just went a bit higher. That is all that this will do.

Great, problem is they can be built. Need to ban certain guns however nice start.
