stock was up 3.4% in premarket trades on Thursday after the construction hardware and equipment company said its third-quarter earnings of 52 cents a share beat the FactSet Consensus figure by 2 cents a share. Third-quarter sales of $1.85 billion rose from $1.8 billion in the year-ago quarter and roughly matched analyst estimates.
