American actress 'Three's Company' star Suzanne Somers has passed away at the age of 76 following her battle with cancer.

star Suzanne Somers has passed away following her battle with cancer. She was 76 years old at the time of her death and passed away just a day before her 77th birthday.

“Suzanne was surrounded by her loving husband, Alan , her son, Bruce, and her immediate family,” he continued. “Instead, they will celebrate her extraordinary life, and want to thank her millions of fans and followers who loved her dearly. A private family burial will take place this week, with a memorial to follow next month,” he added.

Suzanne leaves behind her husband, Alan Hamel. She also leaves behind her son Bruce junior, who she shared with her ex-husband Bruce Somers.
