The provincial government of Bataan through public-private partnerships said it is aiming to partner with Japanese investors for various projects.

Bataan Gov. Joet Garcia said he and his team were recently invited by private firm Property Access Philippines to attend the International Property and Investment Conference 2023 held in Tokyo, Japan a week ago. Garcia, in the conference, presented various investment opportunities in the province like housing development, digital tokenization, infrastructures, tourism, and health care.

Also joining the team in Japan to entice more investors was the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan chairman Pablo Gancayco.Property Access CEO and founder Hiroki Kazato and other officials also set up meetings between Bataan delegates and the Japan Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism, wherein they discussed how the province can improve digitalization, tourism, and marketing, among others.
