HRC to release findings on Malema’s hate speech case via SABCNewsOnline

The commission says the right to freedom of expression is not absolute and does not extend to propaganda for war, incitement of imminent violence, or advocacy of hatred that is based on race, ethnicity, gender or religion.

The commission’s CEO, Tshediso Thipanyane, says as the country heads to general elections, political leaders should act responsibly when addressing supporters or making political statements. “There were a number of complaints pertaining to utterances made by Mr Julius Malema around issues which people assumed constitute hate speech, like remarks about Indians and killing white people. We then put all the complaints together and assessed them and we and we made the findings and the findings which will be announced on Wednesday.”

He continue to speak out hate speech towards whites . No accountable action gets done.

the adverse findings will see more people intensify vigorous with EFF

This guy is boring and immature he can't be a leader.

You should be investigating very serious issues but always on our politician's cases.

You avoided to show us two rallies of EFF today and you decided to come with irrelevant topic

Is this HRC the known SAHRC?

Who complained? Leave Malema alone. Wenare fed up. We hardly hear what the FFplus campaigns about. HRC must step aside or else go investigate Barren Strydom for killing Blacks. We can't be hold hostage by HRC just because someone complained.

Findings for what. You rather be careful with your so called findings

Nonsense if they release it what’s going to happen, did they consulted Malema during their nonsense, how can they make findings without consulting Malema

Sabc is useless sies
