Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — A local CAURD license applicant has been waiting for more than a year and a half for approval, as NY announces an overhaul of the Offic

Governor Kathy Hochul announced plans to overhaul the Office of Cannabis Management as several prospective CAURD licensees across the state have been faced with long waits for adult use retail licenses. .

"We started a program called leave-no-CAURD behind," said Tantalo. "There are probably 100-plus people still waiting for their licenses including me and my wife."
