CLEVELAND, Ohio — The owner of a Brunswick Hills shipping company is accused of smuggling guns to Ghana and using someone to straw-purchase weapons for him.
Bobobee, 51, was charged Friday in federal court in Cleveland with smuggling goods from the United States. Both pleaded not guilty Friday at their arraignments and were released from custody on $20,000 unsecured bonds.Few details are listed in the indictment.
