The facts are clear: Artificial intelligence has unquestionably disrupted multiple industries around the world. Business leaders everywhere are scrambling to assess how AI will impact their fields as well as the steps they need to take to put their companies on the path to success.

Transforming unstructured information into usable content has long been a time-consuming process for education services organizations. However, with the rise of AI, companies are now able to tackle that task much more quickly.podcast. With a wealth of valuable unstructured content such as standard operating procedures, case studies and text-based content, the team found itself challenged to efficiently reuse and structure this content to accelerate the development of e-learning materials.

These examples demonstrate undeniable early wins for AI in a business setting, but it's not always as simple as it may seem. Altering a business model like this in such a fundamental way always creates significant challenges when it comes to change management. Over the past few decades, pop culture and media speculation have established a set of preconceived beliefs when it comes to AI. One of the most prevalent is that machines will replace people. With the added efficiencies that AI can lend to businesses, it may very well seem like that for many at the outset. However, what we're really going to experience, rather than a"great replacement," is a period where the role of human beings in business intrinsically changes.
