Flasher Equipment Co., which has been based in San Antonio for 68 years, has been acquired by a Victoria pavement marking company. Centerline Technologies LLC, which announced the acquisition Monday, said it will operate Flasher as a new division, retaining the San Antonio headquarters. No terms were disclosed.

In 2012, it opened a second office in Jarrell. In 2020, Flasher moved from its longtime downtown San Antonio location to the former Levi Strauss manufacturing plant on the South Side.
