PHILIPPINE fiber broadband provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has become the first Filipino company to join the private sector-led Association of Southeast Asian Nations Circular Economy Business Alliance that seeks to promote business action toward the adoption of circular economy strategies and practices in the region.
