Work has started on the second phase of a £10million Blackburn commercial estate near the M65. Roundhouse Properties’ Momentum development is next to Guide Reservoir, close to EG Group’s Waterside headquarters and opposite Shadsworth Business Park.
When the site has been completed, it will see 68 new commercial units providing 24,000 square feet of commercial space on a 3.85 acre site. Phase one saw 14 of them being built, of which ten are 1,000sq ft and four are 850sq ft.Phase two comprises 32 units at 650 sq ft. When the site has been completed, 68 new commercial units will provide 24,000 sq ft of commercial space on a 1.56 hectare site.
