Despite a decline in global commercial real estate markets, Asia-Pacific continues to enjoy a record-breaking growth — thanks to China, according to the Global Capital Flows report by JLL.

Year-on-year investment in global commercial real estate markets dipped 8% to $156 billion this year, according to the real estate consultancy. "We're seeing some of these markets being a little bit harder to access, but now, by the listed and by the unlisted markets, some of the global investors are able to get more access and that's precipitating just more transaction volumes," he explained.
