Gauteng Police Commissioner Tommy Mthombeni says forensic lab results show that a poisonous agent used to kill insects caused the death of six children in Naledi, Soweto, early this month.“We have to be careful when using these baits which kill insects because as we spray along or on the walls in the house these might be the problem. We had the results from the forensic lab which clearly indicates that the cause of death is carbamate, the carbamate is a bait which kills inspects.
