Malema calls on judges to take independent decisions The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema has called on judges to take independent decisions regardless of who comes before them in court.

The EFF was in court this month in a bid to have the Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s remedial actions against the Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan immediately implemented.

“If judges are going to judge according to who appears before them they must know that we’ll be left with no option but to take up arms because there is no neutrality in South Africa. The judges can save democracy in South Africa by not being biased because a biased judiciary will force us into the bush.”

Yes because under ANC is corporation

RamaphosaLeaks that's our most Read Not that RamaphosaMustFall

sbuda1noks But we've been saying, that time EFF were winning cases with their brilliant advocate Mpofu. Kunjani manje? They had the same enemy that time these judges are captured

The judges do take independent decisions, but the have also to consider the arguments presented by both parties, and is where Malema and company lose therefore you must look at the validity of your argument.

Absolutely, judges are warned.

They must fave you you are pathetic malema what about you?you miss ANC but you have fany way to show it is in your bloodstream just fight for service delivery jobs improvement of our economy not the campaign it will get people nowhere EFF vuka.

....yah...independent in favour of EFF....like our way, or the highway🤔🤔

Equally so he must accept when he looses cases.

Stupid speech,u can't tell professionals what to do ,just waisting woman's day

Maybe the problem about this guy is sense doesn’t make sense to him

Women Judges in Women's Month, he said.

They will not until the African leadership of the EFF mobilises the masses

What is an indepedent decision? those that are in your favour, madness, Seĺlo leave our Judges alone to their work as guided by Law, they are accountable to the nation not you, your legal advisors must be honest with you and remind you that you're subject to the Laws of the land

Jamnadas and Mabheremisa have captured the judiciary

CyrilRamaphosa is letting everything on the lose, party funding bill, commissions and HermanMashaba is letting joburgraids continue, and people are shaking

Wait Juju don't be a hypocrite please, if judgement guest against you race and colour comes into the picture wag net daar asb

Let him go to the bush and be real cic there 😂

Really now...since when have they not? When decisions go against so-called “superior logic”?

Judges have been captured by Cyril and Jamnandas

Malema is a lost soul.

Or else....?

The tide is turning against Malema and he doesn't like it. Soonest, he will attack the Judiciary for not agreeing with him.

Leave Malema alone, why is SABC being ran by politicians

ConCourtSA This man, Malema, is raising doubts about the independence and integrity of the judiciary as a means of undermining our legal system. That puts us on a slippery slope. What are you doing about it? Can you do anything about it?

Stop reporting everything this warmongering shitlord says. He is only relevant as what he and his cultists are a LEGITIMATE threat to our national security. Everything else is bullshit.

Makena thinks he is above the law.

Only now does he discover this? Hypocrisy and selfishness

This is a threat against the Judiciary. This means 'if judges continue to rule against us, we will instigate a civil war'. Should be enough to have this rebellious party de-registered once & for all. Time for a new orange overall.

This bra is fucking us around

Protecting the public protector's office while disrespecting the judiciary is like moving two steps to the front nd moving 100 steps backwards.... Useless

So independent decisions are ones that please the EFF

Thats a desperate call for this young man. No matter how many times you appeal, if no facts you gonna lose.

Barbaric thinking Mr Malema

That would assist greatly I stayed in jail for 10 years yet the merits and evidence of the case didn't link me to the case. But being black and poor disadvantaged me. I'm still trying to appeal that conviction and sentence to this day. Money is the challenge no fair trial 4me

EFF quiet

EFF worshipers have overrated this buffoon..he thinks he's an expect in every field..

All notorious North Gauteng High court Judges must be subjected to a lifestyle audit and corruption investigation. That Pretoria high court is rotten to the core. ConCourtSA PublicProtector vs pravingordhan Ramaphosa RamaphosaLeaks

Malema should called and explain the independent part other than what judges do everytime

They’re all ears Julius. You are the Holy Grail of sage advice. Yeah right.

Our judges who listen to the wind first before announcing the judgement, some they meet with bo Jamnadas, some they listen to journalists

Gaan studeer 'n graad wat relevant is. En bly uit die hof uit.

That’s what they are doing

Yes. That is what is needed. Advice to judges by an overgrown two-year old.

Is he questioning the integrity of judges?

Julius like many of US knows what went wrong in the descent Judgements against PP.

Independent when favour them sukaaa

Did the PP take independent decisions?

In his head, independent means judge as I wish.. I don't know the law but I am always right.. lool

I believe they do gives expected repercussions, the only differences no one is ready to take fail.

That's a serious allegation Juju is making, suggesting that judges are not independent? Just because they are losing case after case? Maybe they should start reviewing their superior logic (self introspection), maybe it's not that superior after all!

It's not about independent decisions incoherent delinquent malema! It's about the law which you and the rest of the eff tellytubbies just don't comprehend. Someone should start drawing you lot picture's.

I concur judges must be independent these days all you need is a thuma mina nonsense ticket to win a case.Ppl must stop this nonsense that judges can't be criticized & if you do so you undermined the judiciary. We'll criticize cos judiciary is not some sort of a holy institution

It's mind-boggling to be an EFF member

By independent, Malema means making decisions he wants.

Isnt that what they have been doing all along? Or u want them to consult u first?

By independent decision he means decisions that favour them? So if those decisions do not go their way it means those judges are not independent? That's madness of the highest degree.

Rubbish....if he has evidence of judges abrogating their judicial authority....he can appeal a case, or report them, to the JSC....as he sits in its panel..

Malema must tell the EFF supported Public Protector Mkhwebane to take independent decisions not base on EFF views!!!!!

Your limited mind has arrested you and you can't even think independently chief!

Independent

Mnximmmmmm umalema

This one does not like losing... his life is gonna be hell... cause even if ever he wins he will finally realize it’s lost

We.must call on Malema to note that this is Not the Zupta Era where you can tell the Judges how to Judge Who does He think he is to want to tell Judges how to Judge

Does independent decisions mean agreeing with the Monster Malema?

Shem!
