That’s what Pippa Murray found while she was marathon training in 2013, anyway, when she was using peanut butter on toast to fuel her runs. “I fell in love with it as a snack, but discovered lots of the brands I was picking up were full of sugar, or contained palm oil,” she tells Cosmopolitan UK.
