“Employers are really understanding that this is a major issue, so they’re wanting to provide more benefits to their staff,” said Ms Stubbins, who is also the board sponsor of the company’s mental health strategy. “We’re trying to think of everyone here: how do we incentivise employers holistically to help employees with this problem that’s becoming increasingly important.”

He said the recommendation for a government subsidy for digital mental health services was one of the most important in the submission.
