7 out of 10 youths prefer working for a start-up over an established company, finds a survey

2 reasons: 1. start ups can possibly appreciate young people's innovative spirit slightly more than an established company would. 2. an establish company is less tolerant of young people's stubbornness or lack of respect for seniority.

This is an important insight that we need to better understand in Jordanian context and for MENA
