A US judge has ordered that Paddy Cosgrave should be compelled to enter arbitration as part of a lawsuit he filed against his former business partners. Ethan Schulman, a judge of the Superior Court of California, made the ruling last week and rejected arguments made by lawyers for Cosgrave, the chief executive and co-founder of Web Summit, on the issue of arbitration.Subscribe from just €1 for the first month!

sanzscript Are you sure? Cosgrave is the Plaintiff. He can't be 'ordered' to do anything. He has been told he cannot claim without bringing his claim to arbitration first. That's not an order, that's a court interpretation of a contract. Accuracy matters.
