Chicago-based Cushman & Wakefield has lured a managing director away from JLL Houston to lead its valuation and advisory division for the South Central market.joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston office as a managing director and will oversee the company’s valuation and advisory services in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.

While at JLL, Levenson’s practice focused on managing and expanding the reach of the firm’s valuation business. Among other types of clients, IRR Houston worked with financial institutions and such government entities as the Texas Department of Transportation, the city of Houston, Harris County and midstream companies that have to acquire properties for pipelines.
