In my opinion, a recession is the best time to open a business. You can negotiate better pricing and have a chance at recruiting talented people.

Yes!

I wouldn’t suggest leveraging others funds to do it…. you may find you build a business on unstable foundations and find it folds after a few years. Interesting use case though.
