CEBU CITY, Philippines—A total of 252 personnel from 10 public markets in Cebu City were subjected to a surprise drug test on Tuesday morning, December 13, 2022.for a general assembly at the interim building of Carbon Public Market before the surprise drug test was conducted.
Cenas noted that this endeavor is not new as even before he assumed office, there were already random drug tests done yearly.
