Job candidates next year will increasingly seek to work for companies with values that align with their own, according to some of the country’s leading recruiters.
Hays managing director Nick Deligiannis said the purpose and values of an organisation were becoming increasingly important to candidates in general and to younger professionals in particular. “There’s less secrecy around those types of things now.
