A video, that began circulating on social media this week, purportedly shows a portable toilet business draining substances on the N2, before the Edwin Swales turn-off.Environmental Affairs MEC Siboniso Duma has issued a statement to condemn the incident, which is believed to have taken place on Friday.
Authorities are now looking into whether waste was illegally deposited into one of Durban's stormwater drains.
