Thank you for this story! We are eager to solve the growing problem of returns for more retailers through our software, service and logistics to reduce the cost of returns and improve the customer experience.

Everytime the economy shifts for better results, all retailers want to 'fix' their returns. There is an immense secondary market that swallows these returns, eBay for example.

I found this article interesting. I never thought about returns like that.
