Home sales across the Quinte region in February were significantly down from the year before.
Sales over the first two months of the year were also down with year-to-date sales totalling 336 units, a decrease of 40.7% from the same period last year. Listings continue to climb, there were 686 active residential listings on the market at the end of February, more than double the levels from last year.
