Rebound? lol you mean continuing to fucking rise way beyond anybodies capability to afford

So is that good thing or a bad thing cbc?

is it, Canadians buying those houses or is it the government buying them for the people they keep bringing in?

That's OK I have my tent

As Truedope continues to increase immigrant numbers into Canada, rent amounts and home prices will continue to climb, and tent cities will continue to grow. See how it works.

This is why this country is collapsing, Prices were going down to make housing more affordable and somehow they think this is a bad thing. That should be the government priority to bring it down, yet they find success in house prices skyrocketing WTF

That’s what happens when the Liberals backtracked on their foreign house buying policies allowing them to buy properties again. The Liberals are falsely trying to prop up the market with foreign purchasers.

The bubble will never burst. Affordable housing will never be a thing again.

A cool 1.8 million will get you a meth home in Toronto or a private island and home.

What about all of the incoming refugees?

To the mooooon! This is what the GTA gets for being aggressively Liberal... Reap what you sow

Prices inching higher is a good thing? What are you saying here CBC?

You make this sound positive. Why?

Few homes + Greater population + greater demand = prices higher.

Everyone younger than gen x

So the realtors say 🙄 This happened in the US just before the 2008 crash.

Older people are not downsizing anymore. Rents are to high and it is to difficult to find a place. Municipal Govs are the biggest benefactor. Permit fees are up (added to price) they encourage multi home units and are reaping the money from high property tax due to high prices.

'inching higher' CBC 🤡 news

Thank god. I was worried.

If prices aren't going down and allowing young Canadians to enter the market, then this is not a good news story.

You could buy a bungalow in BC or a literal castle in Europe. Your choice.
