In the video, a fireworks stall could be seen to be on fire, causing the fireworks to go flying into passersby and the other stalls around.This incident allegedly took place on Sunday at 10:50pm.
This case is currently being investigated under Section 6 of the Explosives Act 1957 and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998. ACP Noor Dellhan has also advised the public to avoid involvement in illegal activities and that strict enforcement will be conducted.
