Even if they weren't limited, so what? You're allowed to voice your opinion. That's not 'election meddling.' You can tell people in other countries, via social media, who you think they should vote for. Some will listen, some won't. Completely legal, happens all the time.

I disagree. A russian troll under sanctions replied to me on twitter and wrote an article claiming I work for the CIA very recently. The account was reported and it's still active.
