Daniel Skubiz, a portfolio manager at Ziegler Capital Management, points to MYR Group , which sits in the sweet spot for the investments that the U.S. government, utilities, and companies are making—recession or not. The stock, up 47% year to date, has been no slouch, and shares trade at a premium multiple of 21 times forward earnings.
